Great location near tube and Hyde Park. Comfortable bed. Warm room. Kettle, cups, and tea/coffee in the room. New towels.

Great location near public transportation and friendly staff. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all very helpful and polite. Having a kitchenette and fridge in the room was a real plus, as it allowed us to have fresh milk and make our own simple breakfasts. the area around the hotel was lovely, with lots of good shops and a variety of restaurants to choose from.

The walls in the hotel were thin, so we could hear everything being said next door, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the bathroom was tiny and the beds were only okay in terms of comfort.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a hotel that was ideally located, just a short walk away from Paddington station.
